1. About us
A.I Flowers Ltd (company number 14820933, VAT GB 421 8830 17) trades as a.i flowers from 118 Marylebone Road, London NW1 5PP. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
3. Delivery
Local courier delivery is £6.95 in London and £7.95 in Manchester, and is free on orders over £75. Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 14:00 within our listed postcode districts. Addresses outside those districts are sent by nationwide next-day courier at £9.95.
4. Substitution
Flowers are a natural product and availability changes daily. Where a stem is unavailable we substitute it with one of equal or greater value in a similar colour and style, keeping the overall look of the arrangement.
5. Cancellations and changes
You may change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Because our arrangements are made to order and perishable, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once the flowers have been prepared.
6. Freshness guarantee
If your flowers are not fresh on arrival, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace the arrangement or refund you in full.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. There is no minimum term.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
