2. What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, delivery and recipient details, gift card messages, order history and newsletter preferences. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
3. Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to answer enquiries, and — only where you have opted in — to send occasional news about seasonal collections.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract for orders and deliveries, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, and consent for marketing emails.
5. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with our couriers, payment provider and hosting provider. We never sell your data.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
