Common questions
How quickly can you deliver?
Order before 14:00 and we deliver the same day within our London and Manchester delivery areas. Everywhere else in the UK goes by nationwide next-day courier.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes — choose collection at checkout and we'll have your flowers wrapped and waiting at the shop you picked.
What if a flower isn't available?
Flowers are a natural product, so we substitute like for like with a stem of equal or greater value in the same colour and style.
Do you take wedding and event work?
We do. Send us a message with your date and venue and one of our florists will come back to you with ideas and a quote.
